The Slovene coastal area is one of the most northerly regions where olive trees grow.

healthy proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. Extra virgin olive
oil is produced using the method of cool extraction, thus all natural ingredients
of the olive tree fruits are preserved.

most natural materials which protect the oil from sun light.
