The first to enjoy chocolate were the ancient Mayas and Aztecs in Central America.
Over 3000 years ago, their emperors were already drinking a bitter drink called Xocolat,
made of crushed and roasted cocoa beans.
It was the Spanish who brought cocoa beans to Europe in the 16th century and adapted
the original recipes to their taste by adding sugar, vanilla and other flavours.
We add to the supreme dark chocolate dried fruits, seeds and nuts of premium quality,
and fruits that represent the regions of Slovenia. Finally, we wrap the chocolate
in a white wrapper just like nature wraps and protects fresh cocoa beans.
